Two Forks Catering the elite division of Christopher Michael Catering recently catered a North Fork Vineyard wedding.  Below are the food specialties served during a July 2015 wedding.

 

Cocktail Hour included a Long Island food themed table featuring Aquebogue Duck Breast, Long Island Sound Lobster Cakes, Peconic Bay Clam Corn Fitters, Local Steamed Mussels and Montauk Tuna. Passed hors d'oeuvres included Thai Spiced Montauk Tuna Tartare, Pigs in a Blanket and Lobster Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce. In addition there was a raw bar with oysters, clams on the half shell and shrimp cocktail.

 

Salad was a Mixed Heirloom Tomato Salad with fresh Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette. 

 

Dinner was served French Style and guests were given the option of Pan-Roasted Striped Bass, New York Strip Steak and Pan Roasted Organic Chicken (or any combination of the three) and Assorted Fingerling Potatoes and Corn off the Cob Salad as sides. 

 

Dessert included wedding cake, assorted local pies and fresh fruit salad.
