East End Wedding Guide - www.EastEndWeddingGuide.com
As most people know the East End of Long Island has an abundance of magnificent locations to host special events. This past week, the weddings began on Thursday at an ocean front resort in Montauk. It was an intimate gathering under the white tent overlooking the Atlantic. Photographer Hassan captured the essence of the day through his lens, while East End Entertainment mixed a variety of tunes from country, pop and rock. Congratulations to Joanna & Justin.
On Friday, Oceanbleu was the setting for Melissa and Ryan's beach ceremony, cocktails and reception. Oceanbleu is simply a majestic venue. William, Joe and Alison and the rest of the Oceanbleu staff ensured all guests received the top quality service that they deserved. Dance floor real estate was hard to come by throughout the evening, especially as DJ Michael from East End Entertainment invited the guests as he recreated the audible experience of the Boardy Barn in Hampton Bays. During this time smiley face stickers were distributed to guests to honor the location in which their relationship began. Continued happy times to Melissa & Ryan.
Cliff and James capped off the weddings on Saturday. Their wedding took place at a beautiful garden estate in the village of East Hampton. High atop the elegant Sperry Tent flew three flags, two white flags on either side and a rainbow one in the middle. The guests received a golf cart escort to the perfectly manicured estate. Underneath the Sperry Tent the Sag Harbor Florist elegantly designed the floral arrangements and seating card table. Party Rental Ltd blended their rental colors of white, powder blue and navy blue, which match perfectly with Sag Harbor Florist's floral design. And the food by Brett Newsom Caterers was what you expect from one of the best caterers on the east end, sensational. The sounds of Sinatra, Dino, Darin and other classic standards created an upscale vibe during the cocktail hour and disco and other dance classics kept the crowd grooving after dinner. The classic variety of music was mix by East End Entertainment.
On Sunday, two East End Wedding Guide vendors traveled west into Melville to celebrate Morty & Sheila's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Award Winning Chef Tom Schaudel, of Jamesport, owner of aMano, Alure, Ross Schaudel catering & Event Planning also owns Jewel in Melville. Jewel this is not your ordinary restaurant. There was certainly a lot of thought that went into creating such a 'Jewel'. From the amazing food, to the open floor plan and high ceilings are inviting. Even the restrooms have a unique humorous and classy twist. It was the perfect location to host Morty & Sheila's 50th anniversary party. DJ Michael of EAST END ENTERTAINMENT Corp was on the scene again to spin his final event of the weekend which featured music mostly 50's & 60's. It was a good time had by all. Congratulations Morty & Sheila!
